Hello DIVA’S, My name is Lynette Ransom, I am the owner of CrEightivelocs. I have 6 wonderful children’s and a wonderful husband. My job is to provide my ex skills to all my customers. I specialize in Sisterlocks and Microlocs . I love my job, I enjoy my job, and I love my customers. PREPARE FOR YOR APPIONTMENT ( HAIR PREPARATION) * Please be sure your hair shampoo and clean with a clarify shampoo . * Avoid putting extra products in your hair such as Oils / Grease. * Hair should already be fully blowdried and course as possible no straight hair. * Hair should be 4 inches all around to get sisterlocks/ microlocs. Booking Policies * Cancellations a 24 hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of any service. * Payment a deposit is required. The remaining balance can be paid in cash app, cash , Zelle Apple Pay, Venmo you can also pay through Afterpay and Klarna. * Guests for safety and sanitation reasons no extra guests are allowed. * Late arrivals please arrive on time a 15 minute grace period is given after this your appointment will be canceled. Consultation Rules Please book a consultation before booking any install or retire if it’s your first time coming to CrEightivelocs!i 1. Hair must be clean and wash with a clarify shampoo I recommend suave. 2. Please no oils no conditioner . I need your hair dry and course as possible, please do not blow dry your hair straight. Late policy * Please show up on time by all means! * I do allow a 15 minute grace period. * There will be an additional $20 fee assessed. * To avoid that please call or text me and let me know if you’re running late! * If you’re 30 minutes late, I will cancel your appointment mark you as a no-show. Cancellation policy please let me know 24 hour if you intend to cancel your appointment so that I may open the slot for someone else that needs an appointment. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $35.00 charge in addition upon you booking your next appointment. This fee must be paid prior to being allowed to book your next appointment. No SHOW POLICY Those that no-show will be assessed a $50 fee prior to booking. Your next appointment fee must be paid in full prior to booking your next appointment being allowed to schedule. You can do Zelles or Cash app before you can book! DEPOSIT POLICY Attention customer all deposit or NON-REFUNDABLE consultation for SL and ML are $25 NON- REFUNDABLE ! SL deposit is $250.00 NoN-REFUNDABLE ! ML deposit is $150 .00 NON- REFUNDABLE! * Your deposit and consultation fees go towards your install ! Customer your deposit and consultation is good for only 3 months from when you come to your first consultation after 3 months if you decide to get them you must pay another deposit and consultation fee. Same for ML ! you can you pay your deposit with me in person after your consultation . If you decide to get your install you must put down a deposit , no deposit, no appointments you can pay cash , Zelle Venmo , Square payment , cash app or Apple Pay DISCLAIMER POLICY Customers do to everyone has different texture, dense, thick, thin , soft good or course. Everyone locks will not look the same. Some people has curly hair and some don’t but please trust the process. Locks are beautiful. I can’t make a miracle on your head. I’m not God . But, I will do my best. *SUNDAY RETIES ARE $50.00 EXTRA! *SATURDAY AND SUNDAY INSTALL ARE $150.00 extra + Your INSTALL FEES SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENT IS AN EXTRA $25.00! BRAID AND BAND Attention customers Braden Band is very important! 1. Braid and band your hair when washing! 2. Braid and Band your hair when swimming and exercising! 3. If you sweat in your head at night, please braid and band your hair! 4. If you don’t braid and band your locks they will slip ! If you have a lots of slippage I will schedule you for a repair with a cost.. so please please make sure you braided and band your hair until your hair lock up! REPAIRS All repairs will be done on another day. I will still do your retires but I will book you for your repairs appointment for another day. With a fee I can’t give you a price. I have to see how bad your locks are. So, to avoid getting repairs done ( I repeat please braid and Band your locks ) repairs can get very expensive) to all my new babies I will do your first three repairs no charge, but after that, I will charge you! RETIES Sisterlocs only first retire is free! Micro locks first tie are not free! Customers, please read before booking your retire appointment each to price set at a different price! 4-7 weeks $135.00 8-10 weeks $145.00 11-13 weeks $200.00 14–16 weeks $250.00 17-19 weeks $300.00 20-22 weeks $350.00 23-26 weeks $$400.00 27-29 weeks $$450.00 * customers please don’t let your hair get too bad please come to your retie appointment between 4 to 7 weeks or 8 to 10. I recommend because locks can get very expensive please I beg you please don’t wait 5 or 6 months to get your hair done because they’re gonna be more money than this.

I charge 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
