CR8EATIVELOCS – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING Welcome Diva’s! My name is Lynette Ransom, owner of CrEightivelocs. I specialize in Sisterlocks and Microlocs and take pride in helping clients start and maintain a healthy loc journey. Please review all policies before booking your appointment. HAIR PREPARATION • Hair must be freshly washed with a clarifying shampoo. • No oils, grease, or conditioner in the hair. • Hair must be fully blow-dried but NOT straightened. • Hair must be at least 4 inches all around for installs. CONSULTATION REQUIRED First-time clients must book a consultation before scheduling an install or retie. DEPOSITS All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and go toward your service. Consultation: $25 Sisterlocks Install Deposit: $250 Microlocs Install Deposit: $150 No deposit = No appointment LATE POLICY • 15-minute grace period allowed. • $20 late fee may apply. • After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled and marked as a no-show. CANCELLATION POLICY A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Failure to cancel will result in a $35 fee before booking again. NO-SHOW POLICY No-shows will be charged a $50 fee and must pay their next appointment in full before booking again. RETIE PRICING 4–7 weeks: $135 8–10 weeks: $145 After 10 weeks: $50 added per extra week Please stay on schedule. Waiting months between reties will result in higher service costs. WEEKEND FEES Sunday Reties: +$50 Saturday & Sunday Installs: +$150 NO EXTRA GUESTS For safety and sanitation, no extra guests are allowed during appointments. Thank you for choosing CrEightivelocs!
